Our Story and Expertise
We started in 2012 because South Bend needed contractors who show up on time, do the job right, and explain what they're doing. Over more than a decade, we've learned the climate, soil, and traffic patterns that affect asphalt in this region. That experience shows in every driveway we pour and every pothole we patch.
We've paved residential driveways and extended them, resurfaced aging parking lots, milled and removed old asphalt, handled full-depth and pothole patching, and built private roads and HOA projects. We work with recycled millings and tar and chip for budget-conscious homeowners, and we grade and install gravel drives. Whether it's a small repair or a major parking lot, we bring the same attention to detail and straightforward communication.
